Complaints Policy

The team at the Harrow Dental Centre tales pride in the service we provide to the people in our care.

It is our aim to exceed your expectations of the service we provide. In the way we answer the phone, greet you when you arrive, the care you receive and how we respond to any concerns about treatment once completed.

If you are happy with the care you receive please tell your friends and family. The Harrow Dental Centre grows by word of mouth. As much as we try, we acknowledge that sometimes we may not completely satisfy everyone. Occasionally people may wish to complain kindly consider the following:

* It is best that you arrange to see Ira Miller (dentist) in person or speak to him on the telephone Experience shows that most of the time the problem can be resolved simply to the satisfaction of all.

* If you however you wish to do so in writing, kindly write to our postal address. We will all we can to acknowledge your concern within 3 working days of receipt and a reply within 7 working days thereafter.
